The enemy is ignorance.—Ezra Pound

Dear Friends + Interlocutors,

Cooperation not confrontation. Just that simple. Nothing complicated about it. Of course, it does depend on what your actual motives are—as opposed to what your propaganda says they are.

One has to wonder, what’s in it for the U.S., that is, for the people of the USA, to have NATO membership expand up to the borders of non-Communist Russia and concurrently to become the policeman of the world, the protector of the so-called “liberal world order”.

The current war in Ukraine was provoked by officials in Washington working for Joe Biden. The roots go back decades prior to Biden’s belated entry into the White House. Biden and his smug neocon/neoliberal crew have been following the same reckless program for years.

Again, I wonder, why? The alternative approach of U.S. foreign policy would be to cooperate, not confront. Tranquilize Europe and Russia, seek cooperation between Europe and Russia. That would be easy. Europe needs Russia and Russia needs Europe.

Under these circumstances, the U.S. could withdraw its troops and its nuclear weapons from the European continent and concentrate on America's own serious problems within its own borders. This was suppose to be the “peace dividend” thanks to the end of the Cold War.

Establishment pundits and Washington officials denounce that as isolationism. I call it common sense and living within your means. I call it turning your back on dishonesty, on nonstop trouble-making, on being a constant busybody and a danger to the world at large.

The video below explains, once again, why this Russo-Ukraine war could easily have been avoided.

The ultimate source of the problem is Washington, not Moscow. The Kremlin is resorting to war to deal with a situation which Washington deliberately created.
