Dear Friends + Interlocutors,

Please find a link below to one of the most alarming and amazing articles I’ve ever encountered. It concerns a recent meeting (April 6th) at the UN on the issue of bio-weapons in general and Ukraine in particular. You won’t find a smidgen about it in the NY Times or CNN. Total blackout in the MSM.

I realize that the writer, former Indian diplomat M. K. BHADRAKUMAR is sympathetic to Russia when it comes to the war in Ukraine. Still, he and the war itself are almost beside the point, if what the Russian General reports at the UN is only half-true. Watch the video.

It sounds utterly fantastic. It has been described by the representatives of Ireland and Norway as Russian disinformation, but without addressing the issue or refuting anything the General stated. 

It is dismissed out of hand as a distraction from the Kremlin's own alleged war crimes in Ukraine, which no one in Washington, London or Berlin wants to objectively investigate.

China takes a different view. Why would the Kremlin make up such a story, a story that appears at first glance to be way, way out there? 

On the other hand, there is no question that the Pentagon has been deeply involved in bio-weapon research going back decades.

I must admit that Bhadrakumar’s last paragraph is speculation. We don’t really know for certain where Covid-19 originated, although we do know that the USG did fund some research in Wuhan.
