The title is the theme. These movies based on the "Ken Burns Effect" are not even movies in the strict sense. I don't own a video camera. What you see here are photos from my large, undisciplined library juxtaposed together with the aid of the "Ken Burns Effect". It seems only Apple has this arrangement with Mr. Ken Burns, a man who actually makes real movies, but who is known best as the fellow who came up with this "Effect" for adding life to still photos.
